Our newly launched Rotisserie menu is a culinary highlight, featuring slow-roasted dishes that deliver bold, simple, and natural flavors. Rotisserie, also known as spit-roasting, involves skewering meat on a spit and cooking it over an open flame for a truly exceptional taste.

Each piece of meat is brined for a minimum of 24 hours and then slow-roasted in our state-of-the-art Rotisserie Spit Oven, ensuring maximum flavor and tenderness. We take pride in using locally sourced Irish meats and vegetables, supporting local producers with every dish we serve.
