Our aim is that you leave us feeling de-stressed, rejuvenated & rebalanced.
We offer an array of tranquil treatments & products from our spa brand, Aveda. We have 3 treatment rooms and a luxurious relaxation room to enjoy as well as our thermal suite which is located right next to our spa.

11am-6pm - Monday to Friday
9:30am-7pm - Saturday & Sunday
Health Club Opening times:
6.45am- 9.30pm - Monday to Friday
8am- 8pm - Saturday & Sunday/ Bank Holiday Mondays
*SWIM HATS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN THE POOL (Can be purchased at additional cost)*

Cancellation Policy: Card details are required at the time of booking. For cancellations 48 hours prior to your treatment no charge will occur. For cancellations 24 hours prior to your treatment a 50% fee will occur. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of your treatment or in the event of a “no show”, the full fee for the treatment will occur.
